Return Policy:
If your call arrives damaged or defective please reach out to us with your order number and we will either fix the issue with a replacement or issue a refund (customer’s preference). If damaged or defective, the customer will have to provide picture proof and/or return the call. We will send a return label upon approval. We do not accept returns for reasons outside of damaged or defective calls.
Warranty Repair:
If the customer breaks their call, for any reason, and they can supply the broken part, the call is fixed for no charge other than the customer paying to ship it back to us. If a customer loses a part due to negligence, we replace the part for half the cost of the call’s retail value. All you have to do is box it up and email us at hobbsgamecalls@gmail.com to receive the return address and submit your claim.
